Almost nothing. Each user installs the free OpenVPN app on their device and imports a profile file we generate for them. That's it — about 3 minutes per device. We handle all the server infrastructure.

Yes. Once connected, every device is on the same virtual network and can access shared folders, internal web applications, databases, and other services — just like being plugged into an office network. We can also set up a shared file server on the VPN for you.

Just email us. We'll generate a new VPN profile for new users or revoke access for departing employees, typically within a few hours.

No. Every KarmaVPN Business customer gets a dedicated server. Your traffic, certificates, and data are completely isolated from other customers.

You can add users anytime. For Small Business plans, additional users beyond 10 are $15/user/month. If you outgrow the Small Business tier, we'll migrate you to Corporate seamlessly.

We typically have your dedicated server provisioned, configured, and ready within 1-2 business days. User profiles can be generated same-day after the server is live.
